Where there are two workshops within one session, you may do both or opt for just one of them, but you will then have free time for the remaining time in that session.

We thoroughly recommend that everyone chooses the Assessed Ride and then a further two making a total of three from the following:

1. Assessed Ride

2. Basic Bike Maintenance

3. Slow Riding and Bike Handling

4. Adventure Riding and First on the Scene 1st Aid

If you opt for 3 or 4, you don’t have to do both parts – but you’ll have the other half of the session as free time. Please indicate your chosen session on the application form.

For those with no previous experience, or who wish to get back to biking, there will be a qualified trainer to introduce (or re-introduce) you to riding within the safe confines of a car park. You will need to request a separate application form.
